Excellent company to work with, using a CRM of sorts dating back before 1995, this software program has features and functions second to none, they offer easy to work with support to help you with everything that I had questions on, they were kind enough to send me to Videos and PDFs so I could download or save them for use in the future and our company increased its gross receipt by 27% using the Clickpoint dialer having used some of the best and more expensive products out there, this program has them all beat hands down! I strongly advise you take a long look at this program and its functionality before spending thousands of dollars to set up something that will never come close to what Clickpoint has to offer. We have been using ClickPoint for a year now. During the past few years we have used multiple softwares, and ClickPoint is definitely the best option. It is very user friendly, and we save a lot of time using it. Even training new people is very quick. Our internal support team gets a lot of tips and help from ClickPoint's project managers. They are always there for us. That is one of many things we really appreciate, because we would usually have to wait for days to get some help. If you are looking for a clean and fast software to help your team make the most of their time and manage leads in the most effective way - this is it.
