Worklio

The idea of the system is fine. There are 2 issues with worklio, one is the lack of administrative controls you are provided as the employer. This ends up costing precious time as you will have to contact worklio to make even minor changes. This will expose the other issue with worklio, their customer service. Sometimes they respond in a reasonable amount of time while on other occasions emails and phone calls will go unanswered for days on end. On more than one occasion I have had to find answers elsewhere as the worklio staff did not find my inquiries worthy of a response. We are continuing to use the system at this point due to the amount of time and trouble it will take to switch to an alternate vendor. It is worth mentioning that we mostly use worklio for clocking in and out and tracking hours for payroll so my experience with them is in that capacity.
