Imma be honest i give 3 stars becsuse i appreciate how they feed the families and i appreciate how they give free food but i have to say that the way my family was treated let me specify im talking about their kids program they earn points and are able to buy items for their families because they have a new point system they just threw my kids points out the window although they have worked really hard to earn points as a parent imma be honest it was really heart breaking they All started crying one of my daughter's wasnt feeling well but because she had points she wanted to come anyways..however im just saying as a people we gotta do better it shouldn't hurt to be a child and if a family comes for help then why make it hard the items are donated and we are talking about children not my kids but all of them as a parent i could do nothing It broke my heart but its ok i still appreciate what they do. Im opening up my own non profit food pantry and dinning room and i promise noone will leave hurt or broken im going to service all families i will make sure everyone is fed and everyone has a smile on when they walk out the door i just wanted to say that this situation just motivated me to work a little harder towards my goal anyway God Bless
