The case management is extremely rough here. They were so disrespectful and hurtful to me as a parent. They called me a liar on a CFT meeting and claimed I was trying to keep services for my son who didnt need it. They kept saying it was time to discharge even though all of the teachers and other people in his life said he wasnt ready. Additionally, the case manager would blame the coaches for things that were not their fault and we had evidence that it wasnt. Well guess what, we discharged and now he is back to struggling and suspensions. The most hurtful part is I am just a parent trying my best and was completely sabotaged by this organization.

Love this place they do so much for my kids with their services and they truly care!! The kids Therepist is awesome !! I love it here and all the support is amazing

I called to get my daughter scheduled for an appointment. They took ALL my info plus her insurance info & said someone will be calling me to schedule an intake appointment? Well no one ever called so I called them back some days later to see what was going on & they said to give it another day. Its been a few days now. So Im not sure whats going on or why they took all my info but I guess I need to find another place.

I don’t have much to review on. I’ve tried to contact them since my daughter has started. The mother was out of the picture for 10 years. They forced her to be back in the picture. I have called to try to talk about things they never return my calls not in time I’m busy.
And instead of things being confidential with my regards, they told my daughter that I had questions which is causing us to fight way worse I don’t know what to do I am being threatened. I need to call and tell her you no longer have my permission and you’re fired or go to the courts they’re forcing my hand. She needs a different counselor. I am doing my best but I am going to get so hurt by this. This is not the place to go doesn’t seem very respectful. I talked to her counselor once and she was very rude. I have it recorded with several people around me.
