Octane Performance Training

Terrible experience. Gino canceled 5 training sessions I had already paid for and refused to offer a refund. I booked 3 sessions for private training for my son and after the 2nd session we thought it was going well so I asked them if I could continue at the same time for 5 more sessions. They told me we could so I booked the extra sessions. They canceled the sessions because there schedule changed but only offered to reschedule at times my son has practice with his club so it didn't work for us. I asked for a refund or for them to honor the same time and they refused.

There are just too many nice things to say about Octane & Coach Merv. He is one of the kindest & most patient coaches Ive ever met. He is able to teach kids at their level & in a way they understand. Hes a blessing to my kids, and Im grateful for his influence on them!

Coach Gino and Coach Merv are the best trainers in Phoenix, my daughter improve tremendously in just one month. Now she plays one year up of her age, and her soccer IQ and technique are better. Octane's sessions are challenging and fun, octane coaches are not the typical coaches who said "Good job darling do better next time " not they show you how to fix and improve right away, another great thing is that your kids will make a lot of new soccer friends who shared the same passion for soccer
