A friend told me about skinDefined and Susan, the owner. I had a facial today. The experience far exceeded my expectations! Susan is so personable and knowledgeable. I am 71 years old, have abused the sun and have been pretty lazy when it came to my face and skincare. I thought nothing could be done to help except a face lift and I won't go to that extreme. Susan assures me that I am not hopeless and with a little effort there will be a big improvement. I have already seen a noticeable difference with just one facial. My wrinkles on my cheeks look less deep! I already scheduled another appointment for some laser treatment and eyebrow work. I am so excited!!!

You will get the best results from this business. I came to this location based on the excellent reviews and even that doesnt give this business owner the credit she deserves. Top notch service and exemplary results. This is a fantastic opportunity to heal your skin from inside out. She is more than welcoming and attentive. She is amazing. I cant believe I found you!! I found Susan after I had received an unsatisfactory microblading treatment by another technician at another facility. From the beginning, Susan has been so attentive to my needs, providing amazing insight and customer service. She is great with communication and her technique is top-of-the-line! Through my eyebrow repair experience, she has gained my trust and I now go to her for my skin needs as well. She helped both my husband and I look our best for our wedding day, something I am forever grateful for. She has become a friend of mine that I truly enjoy seeing because she treats the whole person, taking into account you personality and lifestyle with her treatment method.
