        I accidentally left a box with my belongings I decided not to return inside the store when I was returning other items. I called the store and they told me they had my box and would hold it for me. It took me a couple days to get to the store because I'm a human with a busy life. THEY THREW MY BRAND NEW ITEMS AWAY EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE HELD. After a couple days you just throw someone's belongings away even though they called about them? Seems pretty rude

        Went in to get some help since I was having issues with a package being delivered. Explained to the guy with glasses that I've tried resolving the issue online, called UPS, but the guy didn't even bother looking into it. Just said to go online that there was nothing he could do. All I wanted to know was where the package was located so I could pick it up. Bad online experience, app experience, call experience, and UPS store experience. Wish sender would have picked FedEx instead.
