Horrible!! Customer service does not seem to be required at this location. The employee who did not have a name tag was rude, not helpful and reminded me why I drive out of my way to not visit this location.

Me and my wife came in here Wednesday morning around 9:30 for finger prints and had amazing service the young lady was working alone helping us while on the phone with another customer and didn't miss a step she greeted everyone and apologized for the wait and also offered for people to just drop the boxes off if they had labels and didn't need a receipt. She was amazing will keep coming back I believe her name was rose.

This happened a few days ago, but it's still relevant: I stop here from time to time. Right now inside there are two employees who apparently have important text messages to send instead of looking at, speaking to, or helping customers. I literally asked if I could pay for an envelope and mail it and neither one looked up nor answered. Nothing. I was about to leave when one lady asked what I wanted and reluctantly helped me while stopping twice to tap on her phone. Unprofessional. Rude. Entitled. Unbelievable.

I had a horrendous experience at the UPS on Shea and 32nd St when they didnt honor my appointment. I called this location and they not only fit me in but were so kind and understanding and helpful! Not going to any other UPS location if I can help it.
