Sure Thing! Storage - Metrocenter

I have stored by items at Life Storage/Sure Thing! Storage for the past two years, no issues and great customer service. Wish the carts and bathrooms were still accessible like they used to be, but understand why they can't be. I had a question last week and emailed the staff, they called me back immediately to answer my question. Really a great experience overall! Will continue to store with them.

The customer service that I received from both Hunter and Rod was exceptional. I highly recommend Sure Thing Storage. The facility is clean and secure.

Opens at 9. No one is at the office and its 9:30. No one is answering the phone, and the voice mailbox is full. The code I was given doesnt work. Same issue for the other 6 vehicles sitting in the parking lot waiting for someone to show up. The new management is pathetic!

Okay so I'm going to start over by racing my entire review here because the third owner sure thing storage has started out very well. They're doing a clean up of the bad elements that were here And they are fixing a lot of screw-ups from the previous owners . So deleting my old reviews,cuz it would have been about a day's readin for the last few storage owners of this facility (being life storage and extra space storage ) won't even start but I don't recommend. I do however recommend sure thing storage so far what I have run into from their employees and the manager is they are helpful and prettiest yet still are able to adhere to the policies in a manner that you can hear and understand which makes them also fair. I'm thankful for security now because these big places can get pretty scary at night inside. That's all for now when I come upon something else that's positive I'll definitely okay in my reviews thank you Ryan again for all your help!

****** EDIT!!****** Originally; the staff were soo friendly, down to earth and helpful .. such a positive change of pace compared to the staff they had here aout a year ago.!! so sad they'll be changing employees soon due to extra space takin over! fingers crossed that the positive, helpful welcoming customer service reps stick around!! February 2024;; I've never been so humiliated and treatedwith as much biased, fact lacking, prejudice as I was the first and only time I had encountered the district manager... Seriously, beware.
