        RATS!!! DO NOT RENT HERE THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH RATS. STAFF WILL NOT TELL YOU OF THE PROBLEM THEY SIMPLY PUT RAT TRAPS AND CATS ALL OVER THE BUILDING.

        I rented another storage room because I was extremely happy with the service that I received from David. He treated me as if I were a new customer. I wanted a storage room that was close to the door and he searched the property until he found one that would fit. He is very professional and courteous and for those reasons I recommended this facility to my family members. They also have rented from David and was extremely pleased with his service. If youre looking for a reasonable place to rent and receiving great service this is the facility you would be happy with renting with.

      Giselle, we were sad to see your post since we take our cleaning and pest control seriously. After searching our records, we can not find your name as being one of our tenants. I wish we had cats, because they do their job purrfectly, but we do have regularly scheduled pest control for all manners of infestation. We love cats and my cat is not insane, she's just a really good actress. Hope we can be of service to you in the future. STORE MORE! Phoenix
