Your money will be spent better at any other MMA, BJJ or boxing gym. Those are real useful practical martial arts. this is a fake Martial art. Don't fool yourself like they are. go someplace that can train you with real martial arts, with peace and love.

no martial art is perfect , and that's a fact . each has its advantages and disadvantages . Instructor Geoff teaches a hybrid between Krav Maga , Silat , Kali , aikido . the best constellation of the most practical effective arts to master self defense . coming from 30 plus years of experience . hands down !!!!

Fantastic school with a family atmosphere. I've been in martial arts for 15 years and have learned more here in a few months than I have ever before. Very useful defense tactics. Update to earlier review: I've been training here for three years now and could not imagine training anywhere else. Awesome school and the instructors are very competent and helpful.

I would completely ignore any fictitious reviews on this page. There are jealous little trolls out there that won't even put their name on the page. Geoff has never been abusive and has done nothing but help myself and any student that comes to him. He is the highest quality instructor I've ever met and a man of integrity. You're welcome to use me as a reference at any time. I have been doing martial arts for many years I checked out all the studios I felt were good and chose Geoff at Total Submission. At the end of the day you have to use a instructor that you believe in and it has the experience you're looking for. I know almost all of his students and they the greatest respect for him. He does an outstanding job, he cares, he is professional and has real world experience which is hard to find. As a business owner and a professional myself I look for someone who has a passion for what they do, not just someone that wants to earn a buck. If you want to really learn to protect yourself and those you care about, this is a great place.
