Contacted via their website to order a residential Knox Box. Emails were less than forthcoming. Only name that I can remember is James. Never really answered questions and would not call even though it was requested. At least they did respond. Metro Fire Supply never did respond to web queries. No name response from Knox finally had link to instructions for residential orders. Website is not well done. Most of customer service was not well done either. Was finally able to get what was needed ordered and delivered. Shame there are not other alternatives or options that are good. Guess you can do whatever when youre the only supplier.

otr drivers enter from behind the main entrance to many trees from dear valley entrance there is a call button to check in for entrance tight for 2 53foot with sleeper ok for day cabs quick loading appt at 1300 arvd at 1215 depart at 1300 no issues

Ordered 3 Knox boxes 1 had the wrong key for city of Chino. They insist we remove the door mail if to them and they will send the replacement. Not only do I have to make two trips but I have to pay for shipping to fix THEIR MISTAKE
