FOUND OUT BUSINESS CLOSED AS UNFORTUNATELY OWNER STEVE PASSED AWAY. I BY ACCIDENT DID FACTORY RESET ON MY IPHONE AND WHERE I CAN PULL UP MY CAMERAS ON PHONE TO VEIW MY HM WAS GONE. AND FIRST WAS TOLD BY TYLER HE WOULD HELP WE PLAYED A BIT OF PHONE TAG AND IVE BEEN SICK AS WELL. NUMEROUS TEXTS NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TOTALED IGNORED AND YESTERDAY HE CALLED TELLING ME HE CANT HELP ME I NEED TO HIRE ANOTHER SECURITY COMPANY TO HELP ME. AND HOW SMART SECURITY IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. I OFFERED EVEN TO PAY HIM AS I TRULY LIKED STEVE. AS FAR AS MY STSTEM GOES I FEEL HAD A BIT FOR PRICE I PAID NO VOICE EVEN RING HAS VOICE AND THE CAMERAS SEEM TO BE LOW GRADE AS THE PICTURE QUALITY IS POOR EVEN CLEANING LENSES. RING CAMERAS ARE A BETTER WAY TO GO IN MY OPINION. CLEAR PICTURES AND HAS VOICE. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED AND LIED TO BY TYLER. I SURE HOPE HE WASN'T LYING ABOUT BUSINESS CLOSED DWN. I WILL FIND OUT. THO REST IN PEACE STEVE AND TYLER THANK YOU FOR KEEPING YOUR WORD. YOUR WORD GOES FAR IN THIS WORLD AND FOR YOU TO GO BACK ON YOUR WORD WITH ME IS LOW CLASS.

We have been working with Smart Security for a little over a year now - and they are by far the best company to work with. Quality equipment, extremely professional and great pricing. Our facility now has about 20 cameras with a nice monitoring station. Would recommend these services to anyone looking to add/upgrade their security system.

I don't write reviews like this very often, and if I do you have to really earn it! Steve and Tyler certainly earned it. These guys had the highest level of professionalism and integrity I have dealt with to date. I had them do a pretty involved install of CCTV cameras and security system in the home I just bough and I couldn't be happier. They played no games and even suggested areas where we could save money by making little changes to our plans. They were responsive, on time, very up front about costs and options, and were exactly on quoted invoice (no attempt to upsell )once we decided on the system we wanted. They stayed way later than planned to make sure I was all set up and had no questions about the system. I was so impressed with every step of this process. We spent a lot of money on this system and would do it again tomorrow if I had to. I have to give smart home security my highest recommendation!

Amazing, just Amazing Service, Amazing Workmanship, Amazing Prices. These guys go ABOVE AND BEYOND. I highly recommend them. The set up cameras and alarms for 3 of our retail stores in the valley and again I cant tell you how Amazing they are.
