My experience with Paul and his team has been absolutely fantastic. I probably called no fewer than 10 low voltage contractors around the valley, and Paul was by far the most responsive, helpful, and flexible. I'm a naturally skeptical person by nature, and after my first conversation with Paul, I was convinced he was the right man for the job. Just good vibes all around.

Elite Integration did a superior installation of our home technology solutions system, which included audio/video, security, surveillance, and wi-fi equipment. What was even more impressive though was the excellent customer service they provided after we moved into our home. The owner, Paul Gunn, promised total satisfaction and he more than delivered on his commitment. His technicians, Chris and Kevin, are excellent and they were thorough and very courteous. We had problems with our cable provider's equipment interfacing with our AV equipment from Elite, and they went far beyond what I could have reasonably expected to resolve every problem. They provided the excellent service that you always hope to receive when you sign on the dotted line, but all too often do not. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Elite Integration for your all your technology solutions.

I was quoted a price for 3 tvs for $1100. I decided to just do one tv, because I was just moving in and the other tvs were not accessible. The installers mounted one tv. They charged me almost $700, for the one tv, including hooking up the cable box and Apple TV. EDIT: They came back and did a great job when I moved to a new apartment. Still need to get the two other tvs mounted, but so far they have been great! Changed rating to 5 stars.

I have since canceled the cable, and I had to PRY the box of the back of the tv with great force, almost damaging the equipment. I also asked that the cables be accessible for ease of switching components. This was not done. Do not recommend.
