Arcadia is a blessing to our family. The flexibility to homeschool and have in-person instruction is wonderful. They have also done an amazing job creating community with events. They have done a lot in the first year of being an established school. Of course there are kinks to work out but I'm super grateful for this school and that my kids attend ther!

Arcadia Christian Academy has been such a blessing for my family. For those looking for a Christian education with a homeschool hybrid based model will love this program. The teachers are wonderful and truly care about each and every student. The administrators are responsive and supportive. It feels like a community vs. a typical school setting. I love that we have the flexibility that homeschool provides yet with the benefit of teachers teaching alongside parents and social opportunities for the children. The classrooms are beautiful and updated. The playground is fantastic and we often stay long after school is finished so my daughters can play. We toured a couple of schools for my daughter and as soon as we walked into the classroom at ACA she knew that was where she wanted to be. We originally thought we would homeschool full time, but as we neared the beginning of kindergarten I had some concerns as someone who has zero experience teaching/homeschooling. When we first stepped on the campus our whole family felt a peace about the academy and feel like God led us here. The curriculum has been wonderful and the teachers and administrators are always receptive to changes or updates to better serve the children. As a parent I have been so grateful to have the opportunity to choose a school like Arcadia Christian Academy for my daughter.

My firstborn daughter entered kindergarten this year, and words cannot express how thankful we are for Arcadia Christian opening. For our family this has been the perfect mix of time in a classroom setting, and time at home doing school & play with her younger siblings. We can tailor her education on her off days to things she loves. Arcadia has exceeded my expectations in creating a community amongst students and families located across the family. The teachers truly care about the well being of their students and know them well.

As both a parent and substitute aid, I cant say enough about this school, its staff (who all love and strive to follow Jesus), their vision, and their executionas well as the community it has created for us!! Our kids absolutely LOVE coming to school, and the days we are home/out exploring instead, I get more time to really enjoy my kids and also to give them any extra help they need. I love getting to be involved in their education while also being able to trust and be excited about all their teachers have to offer them! The school is always learning and growing, and as such suggestions are listened to and implemented whether that be for curriculum improvements or safety, etc. We love the 3 day schedule and the fun Wednesday electives, but also that the curriculum is transferable/robust enough that we can keep up at home when we have sick kids or are traveling. Im so thankful and blessed by the fact that my kids have teachers to look up to that follow God, pray for them, and also love them outside of our family and Sunday family. This school has been an answer to prayer and a blessing for our family in all the ways.

The beginning of the 2023-24 school year was our families first go at homeschooling. My husband and I decided that we were going to take the year easing in slowly and really focus on understanding what our children had truly retained from the years in the public school system. We focused on the gaps in their learning that were impacted by being at a Spanish immersion program but having also been taught via computer during the times that the world shut down. The approach we also took was an unconventional one to some where we took an unschooling route to help raise self sufficient, problem solving, emotionally intelligent, kind, free thinking children. We didn't do homework, we didn't take tests, we learned through simply living and being together. Our days were ours to decide what we wanted to learn and how slow we wanted our days to be. We know we made the right choice for our family and children, but it was clear that there was something still missing. After some prayer and conversation with the kids, in February we found Arcadia Christian Academy. It was immediately clear our missing piece was community. At ACA we found friendship, support, and like minded families. Thank you to all at ACA for making all who enter feel blessed and at home.
