        Order never delivered , Card charged, no answer at store .

        Worst Jimmy John's experience. Sliced wheat sandwich was thrown together. Half was just bread. Tried to complain but that didn't help much. Deers in headlights. Thanks for the $11 bread.

        Out of cheese right at 8PM on a Sunday?! Not buying it, and quite frankly didn't buy it. Guess I got to wait the standard 2-3 buisness days to get my money back. F me right?! I would understand if it was a privately owned business but not a franchise in a dead part of town on a slow day like today. Manager was extremely adept in not finding solutions. In the end it was a waste of time. I would rather eat at the local .pdf franchise, might actually have cheese there.
