Not bad.. So far so good. People were nice and helpful. I'll treated if anything horrendous arises out of the equipment installed. Seems to work just fine though and I don't have to do any breathing acrobatics into it either

Having to get an interlock is not fun and having to get an interlock for AN ADDITIONAL 18 MONTHS BECAUSE OF ARIZONA INTERLOCKS SERVICED BY HECTOR A., JACKIE, AND ANOTHER RUDE STAFF MEMBER, is even more upsetting. I have a medical condition which causes a high acidic level which resulted in failed readings below the .08 level. I got my dui in 2016 and have been in recovery since then so the level of frustration dealing with an interlock system that failed several times a month, drained the battery on my hybrid car and ZERO customer service was beyond frustrating. I was not able to drive my car for 6 months and called AZ INTERLOCKS several times( I think the total is 32, saved on my phone) one time I was able to speak to Hector who said it was my problem and wouldnt help then another time Jackie said no worries she would work with me after I was done taking care of an ill parent. So fast forward to Dec 2021. Again, AZ INTERLOCKS would not answer the phone or return voicemails, so I booked an online appt to remove the device. An hour before the appt they said they would not do this. I spoke to someone the night prior who said it was no problem, so I had my car towed to the location on Redfield. I was fed up with this place NOT returning voicemails or emails or ever answering their phone. I was very irritated but willing to pay the balance I owed of 140 even though my car had not been serviced and my interlock had not been reported to AZDOT when the interlock was first installed 5/2020. Walked in and was met with the rudest individual who says stop right there I was instructed not to assist you per Hector. Okay. Then proceeds to tell me they do not have any responsibility to service people or answer the phone and they do not provide customer service to drunks who drive drunk. Nightmare. Also, Hector and crew did not tell me that I needed to reinstall within 72 hours or I would start over. Either way they never reported me the first time. I had been searching for new places and had appointments scheduled with Intoxalock and Quikstart. Quickstart is rude, the Tempe location at least and Intoxalock is $$. Jeff and his crew at the Phoenix location were superior in their customer service, installation, and explanation of how this mess works. By far the nicest to work with, easiest to contact, and least expensive in the Valley. Thank you to everyone who helped me, I think you all have wings like angels
