I would give no stars if possible. They still have their doors locked and not letting anyone in due to Covid-19. I stood outside for 10+ minutes without anyone acknowledging me. There was an employee at the front counter and they just ignored me. If your that afraid of Covid-19 then just close your business completely. There are plenty of other companies to get supplies from and I will!

Trying to buy screws and now one on the store . Even opened the door about 4 times so the come would go off and still no one. Never be back

They have a pretty low bar for their customer service. Whenever I order something from them it's "it'll get there when it gets there". If I want to know the status of my order, I have to contact them. If they don't show up, I have to contact them. When my company first started to look into using them for our fasteners, they were hard to get a hold of and didn't come back after they said they would. If our parent company didn't require that we order from them, I wouldn't.
