I am disappointed with LifeStream. When i moved in, during the pandemic, there was a meal plan. In the 2.5 years i have been here the meal plan changed to meal option. I was a vegetarian when I moved in and they had an available every day menu. The available every day menu disappeared during the pandemic. My diet is currently gluten-free and dairy free. LifeStream doesnt accommodate dietary restrictions. There are limited choices with food and if you choose not to eat what they offer you pay the same. There is no reduced rate if you dont eat what they offer. I moved here to get help with meals and housekeeping. I will be moving out sometime next year. 2 stars for friendliness of everyone and i did receive calls from the office when the weather was very hot to check that i was ok.

As a recent widow, I was concerned that my mom might feel lost living in someplace new, but LifeStream is so wonderful that she felt right at home! Residents are friendly and neighborly-- each morning safely spacing to meet and raise the flag and recite the Pledge of Allegiance together. The staff is the kind, supportive and responsive -- serving needs throughout this pandemic by personally delivering meals to the doorstep to keep everyone safe. We could not be more pleased with this lovely community!

I just want to say how fortunate our family has been for Lifestream Communities at North Phoenix and Youngtown. The response to my sister Bobbie and her care has been amazing. We have only to ask and someone meets the need with care and efficiency. They are professional yet always treat her as if she is family. I have absolute confidence in them meeting challenges of today.
