Former employeeif I could leave zero stars I would! The residential houses and outpatient are amazing they definitely arent the problem. Its the poor management staff that made the job impossible! They have unqualified people running this place thats where Im going to leave it. I have never in all my years billing have I worked for a company that didnt listen to its billers. After repeating myself for months like a parrot I finally gave up after things were being billed Fraudulently because of the lack of communication getting up to date rosters I sent out emails about billing on clients that had AMA days ago that I had billed on only to of course get no response or support from management no surprise. I no longer felt comfortable billing or having my name attached to this company as a biller! According to management the billers had no idea what we were doing are you kidding me thats a joke! You can honestly say and think whatever you want thats why Athena started her own billing company (I work for her now) and we both found jobs as soon as we left we were more than qualified! I honestly enjoyed the job and the people I got to know and work closely with but as long as they keep the CEO and clinical director they will continue to have people drop like flies. Good luck sailing a sinking ship or a soon to be bankrupt company.

Ebony House's residential treatment program for women saved my life. Their staff supported me, loved me and most importantly, taught me to love myself!

Maybe not the best idea to roll around with the logo for your non-profit pasted on the back of vehicles driven by absolute jerks. 14 people sat in the lobby of Starbucks this morning, listening to this woman berate, complain and put their staff through hell. I don't know what you all do, but if that woman in her beat up silver van with your logo plastered all over it are an example of who/what you are, it's a sad day for humanity.

My experience with ebony house was lofe changing until the staff deliberately dabotaged you once you got into supportive housing You are asked to get a job which i did soon after i got into supportive housing and it was so close i was able to walk but according to them i was no longer supposedly working a program How many people get a 13.00 an hour job straight out of rehab but ebony house seemed to want you to relapse so they could control your movement ....and once you graduate and go back into the world they dont even check up on you and thats a shame especially for someone like me abandoned by my entire family. I have been clean and sober now 4 years and reside on my own but i will always have my time there but they failed miserably in ensuring i was even alive T
