Rachael and her team were exceptional! As soon as I spoke to Racheal Richards on the phone and then met her once, I knew she was the best!! We needed help with cleaning my brother's place, yard and pool cleanup, and they took care of everything without hassle. Kristi, Karen, and Adriana were keeping me up to speed on all the work they managed and helped in the sale of property.
Couldn't have asked for more!! Thank you for everything!

I have no words to express these two gentlemen, Seth and Sime! After our first trip out house hunting, they were positively ingenious and immediately saw the vision we had in our minds better than we did. I can not stress enough how comforting this was to us as this is a large undertaking and a huge expense that can only be done with the right people for which you put all your faith and trust in! We consider ourselves so blessed to have been connected with them! They are friends for life!
I cannot delete this post as it is all true! However, I must add to letting everyone know how great the entire RHouse team really is. They just completed another sale for me and made my life so easy through the entire process! Each team player has a very significant role to play in the process and all together they are nothing shy of awesome! I know I will be using them yet a third time so I think that speaks for itself!

We could not have asked for a better Buyers Agent than Hilary Sanders of R-House Realty on our recent purchase of our home in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix. We are relocating from out of state and had many questions. Hilary is kind, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive. She thought of everything, answering all our concerns and protecting our interests. Hilary went above and beyond what is expected. Highly recommend!

From the day Rachael stopped by, I knew we would sell our home. I have learned many things during this transaction. Location, location, location, mantra you here from realtors is very true. I reluctantly came to grips with the fact that our home was not in a great location, so I had to drastically reduce the price if I was to ever sell the home. The RHouse team was there to show me the facts and break down my stubbornness in such a way that after a while, it all made sense.
The whole team at RHouse was very helpful and full of respect, knowing that the process would be overwhelming and they were there to break things down so you understood what was going on.
Rachel, Adrianna, Karen, and Kristi are a great team of professionals who will walk with you in the home buying/ selling process if it is your first home or 10th.
