I needed an appraisal of my home, and was recommended and referred to Lonnie at accurate appraise USA. I was very impressed from my very first contact and phone call with Julie, and was able to schedule a prompt appointment with Lonnie, who arrived as planned. He answered the few questions I had and made sure I understood the process. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as he went about his business. The Report, provided the same day, was precise and thorough.. I honestly would recommend them more than anybody else as they have been more helpful accurate with my properties than previous companies i have worked with

I use this company for a residential appraisal. They were able to come out very quickly and the appraiser was very professional and provided very detailed explanations for how he came to the conclusion in his report. They did a great job overall
