Thank you Allison and team for a great experience! My wife and I had a few months to move to AZ from MN for a job relocation, and not a lot of knowledge of the Phoenix area. Allison and team handled everything like true professionals every step of the way. She gave very detailed virtual showings and knowledge of what neighborhoods would be great for our family. In the end we threw a big curveball at Allison and she did not flinch. She put our mind at ease and walked us through the process step by step. Allison was extremely knowledgeable about the area and priced the property to sell quickly, while also pushing the market for price. She even gave her insight at the start of the remodel as to what finishes buyers are looking for. Allison has many contacts that were helpful in preparing the property for sale and then selling it- including: painters, electricians, contractors, a staging company, etc. Allison and Ashley, her assistant, were available for questions, assistance, and whatever we needed throughout the project.
