My husband and I wanted to move from California to Arizona. Tom was recommended to us by my brother who lives in AZ. I talked to Tom on the phone and we came to AZ the following weekend. Tom spent a good deal of the day showing us homes in the areas we thought were possibilities for us. Tom was so knowledgeable, professional, calm, available and he got the job done! Coming from CA, we needed an expert to help us understand pricing in AZ. Tom was great at letting us know when a property was overpriced for the area, ensuring we did not pay too much! We really appreciated his honesty and his professionalism. We got our dream home and we know Tom was key in making that happen. It was a pleasure to work with him. We highly recommend him!!

Whatever you do, I highly suggest you do NOT hire Rodney Krenz who now works as a realtor for West USA Realty. In my opinion, he is truly the most shadiest, unethical, low life person I have ever met... I am his ex wife and I have filed bankruptcy fraud charges against him in the bankruptcy court showing that he purchased a home under his sister's name while he was under an active Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. That's called BANKRUPTCY FRAUD. Rodney Krenz then decided to add even more immorality to his ever growing list of deeds by then turning around and adding a $100,000.00 loan that he begged me to give him into his Chapter 13 bankruptcy exactly two weeks to the day after our divorce was final just so he wouldn't have to pay it back and so that I would be left stuck paying it back for him. He now owns the screen printing business that I lent him money to purchase, got to keep his five rental homes, as well as the home he put in his sister's name so he could purchase, and to top it off, he is now completely debt-free... and I guess the most shocking of it all is he's now also a realtor and can teach all of his clients how to commit bankruptcy fraud just like he did! Disgusting. He has no regrets and no remorse for screwing over all of his creditors due to loopholes in our joke of a judicial system and he now as a result, enjoys going on week long vacations up to 4 to 6 times a year and even bought himself a Harley. Meanwhile I am stuck paying his exorbitant loan back for him due to our corrupt judicial system even though I never received a dime of the money and I ended up having to file bankruptcy myself last year because he deliberately financially destroyed me with the blatant bankruptcy fraud he and his sister committed. He obnoxiously touts himself as a "real estate wealth advisor" I would HIGHLY recommend anyone considering hiring him for anything, (especially buying a home) to please reconsider. He is the most unethical, immoral, person I've ever met. Good and honest people just don't do those kinds of things to other people! I truly can't believe he can even look at himself in the mirror everyday... Bottom line, if you are looking for a home, you need to run far away from this guy and find a different realtor with character, ethics, morals and integrity. You most definitely won't find it here.
