Michelle responds pretty much instantly all the time and she is constantly communicating with you about the whole process. My wife and I are very impressed with this agency, we wont use anyone else in the future. The process was very smooth and non-stressful. Michelle takes the time to explain everything and she is honest and dedicated. Would highly recommend working with them.

I highly recommend Michelle and Juan! I've known them for years and recently had them list and sell our home. Michelle has a ton of experience and is knowledgeable, professional and very responsive throughout the process. If you want an agent that is on top of things and doesn't leave things to chance, she is your lady! A lot of things can happen in a real estate transaction and at the end of the day you want her by your side looking out for your best interest. We were able to sell our home even higher than expected after a few offers fell through (out of our control), with a little bit of patience and thanks to Michelle and her dedication to get us to the finish line.

I was fresh out of high school and had no idea that I could become a homeowner and Michelle made that happen. I became a homeowner at 19! She took the time to teach me about owning vs renting and Ill be forever grateful! Fast forward to shopping for my 2nd home- I threw a curve ball with unrealistic expectations (she gladly accepted the challenge) and she found EXACTLY what we were looking for and more! Mojica & Associates Real Estate is the best out there!! During COVID, Michelle Mojica took every precaution she could to keep everyone involved, safe! We purchased our first home with them and they helped us every step of the way. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and when unexpected issues arose, Michelle was on top of it all! She's the one you want in your corner to stand up for you and get you the best! I've already recommended a family member to her and they're about to close on their first home as well! If i could give more than 5 stars i would! If you're looking to find the perfect home, this is where you should start.
