No return on calls or emails. I finally stopped by in person and was ery pleasant in spite and wasn't even offer a chair to wait for someone to talk to. Just dismissed and she said We will call. No call.

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! T place looks nice on the outside, but is completely rotten on the inside. I at trailside for an entire year, always paid rent on time, kept the place clean, submitted maintenance requests when our sinks would break every other month due to low quality appliances. Yet when we moved out, we were treated horrendously. These people are complete scams and honestly are breaking the law. The leasing agent, auvry, seems nice - but unfortunately is a rotten bit*h. She gave us many promises of a smooth move out - but has now withheld the correct documents for months, has even sent us verbal threats, and is even just ignoring us. She is a liar and a cheater. About two months before we moved out, a lamp fell into a window breaking one of the panes. Auvry withheld the repair for months - sending us documents weeks after she got them to insure that it would not be fixed while we lived there. We have full coverage for accidents like these so we should be able to get the entire thing paid for but unfortunately auvry doesnt like to make things easy. Instead she takes out entire security deposit and refuses to send us any kind of receipt for the window repair so we are unable to process our claim. If I could go back and not rent here - I would. BEWARE
