I am going to make it short and sweet this is not a good company to rent from and if you like renting from someone who you have to clean after their mantance go out to fixs leaks and that is close when you call to report a leak and you get rude from poeple who you call to ask for tenant rep then this is the place to rent and more power to you but if you just want to rent and no problem getting thangs fix then this is not the place to rent and I would not rent here

Do not use GoRenter! They take application fees and run your credit for properties that are already gone. Stay Away!

I rented from them for years not a good management company but that's for another time. new owner took over apt had to leave tried to rent from them again and was denied because of my rental history was none. It's sad and they charge 69$ for a cc smh.
