Alana is outstanding in every way. She is very good at her job and I strongly suggest her! Dont trust Dr. Charles House! He will share your medical information with anybody! He is old and needs to retire! I talked to a Jason and he lied to me. Still waiting for my apology Dr. C. House. Stay far away from them! Since I wrote this review I received a bill from Dr. House for $600. Never mind I had gone there for a year with good insurance and never had a problem. I guess we know now know how they do business.

Bottom line up front, phenomenal program I would feel comfortable recommending to anyone serious about understanding and working on themselves. That said, it does require a significant financial commitment as the more you time and effort you put in, the better theyre able to help you. So happy I found this place!

My psychiatrist, Channing Cabanillas, P.A., was amazing. Unfortunately, billing is impossible to get ahold of. They have charged my card for over $1000 this calendar year with no prior warnings and the only information about my insurance coverage has come from my provider. I have received one voicemail back from their billing department asking to call them back but it only goes to another voicemail box that promised to answer back in 48 hours but does not fulfill that promise. They have my insurance information on file as i had no issues last year and i have also emailed them a picture of my insurance card this year, but they do not charge my insurance, they charge my card on file. I remained at this company for the great care my psychiatrist provides and the hope that whatever insurance issue I have is being resolved but I have lost hope in this company, and honestly also in behavioral health in general. It is really disheartening to work so hard to get better only to have more and more obstacles come my way. I am grateful for the care I received but I am disappointed in how they handle their vulnerable patients' money.

It doesn't matter if the Therapist is good as their billing is very misleading and false. Provided insurance and was told I would be good as I have PPO Blue cross so there would be no copay or anything. I paid my first initial copay and they continue to use my card without my authorization. Fraudulent practices. I don't know if its some sicc game they play messing with your mental health through their irresponsible billing department. I have called and left several messages and only received one call and that call they were unable to answer my concern then two weeks later charge my card again and I haven't been to this facility since late January. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. They care more about the billing than they do the patients, if so they would've at least addressed my concerns. DO NOT GO THERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
