        Have had a great experience every time I visit. My provider is kind, she listens, and truly cares. The office itself is clean and gives a relaxing vibe. The staff is always very kind and helpful when scheduling appts. They are also very on top of my insurance. I have walked in multiple times and theyve told me I have a credit because I overpaid the last visit. I feel like that never happens anymore. I am always having to chase down someone in billing at other doctors offices saying my insurance said I was responsible for X but you charged me XYZ so I think I need a refund Its so nice to feel like they are honest and trustworthy with my money. Overall I highly recommend Serenity
