I have bipolar disorder i went to Dr Hicks for about two years. Hes a smart guy. But i went off of one of my medications under his direction it was potentially causing heart issues. Going down a dosage put me into mania. I came into his office ill he said his wife was sick and he had to drop me as a patient. He left me without care in an emergency. After i got out of the hospital i called his office they said he was taking new patients. He lied his staff would not call me back. Dr. Hicks should not have a medical license.

This guy is a Quack, he is not that good to have an 8 week wait. And forget about the staff. Ugh!

I have seen Dr. Hicks for over 18 years for a combination of issues. He was key in helping to treat my Fibromyalgia with his excellent knowledge of the brains chemistry and how other glands, such as thyroid, can have such tremendous effect on our chemistry and mood.

The Doctor is not a bad guy.... WHEN you finally get to see him. But trying to get a hold of him and request information or a prescription refill is another problem of its own. His staff is completely incompetent, they always send you to a voicemail and heaven forbid one of them ACTUALLY helps you when you do reach an actual human being.
