These photos were deemed as functional for multiple weeks- not to mention the entire house smelled like feces during the time that they told us to stay in the property after they found live mice, mouse poop, and mice traps in an open wall. These photos were all taken to document the conditions during the time where we could not get clarification from FL on if the house was deemed livable. We were told the house was still functional and safe to live in. This prompted us to hire a qualified mold inspector on our own while some plumbing and contracting work was getting done. The inspector deemed the house uninhabitable on 03/12/24 FL credited us moving forward from this date- we are happy about this partial credit for us not living on the property- and now we are in the process of receiving the reimbursement for the inspector. However, were not happy that we were told we could live on the property for days/weeks while experiencing the conditions show in these photos, expressing concern, and before we found out what type of mold was on the property or an air quality test was given. We have otherwise enjoyed our time at the house, but we were not comfortable with the way that things were handled in this situation. I hope our concerns and discomforts are seen with compassion- and that the feedback might benefit the company and future tenants- by understanding our dissatisfaction in this case. Best regards, Sami
