        Our HOA switched Management Companies after 25 years with a management company that let our community gradually deteriorate, not maintaining what was required and not properly and/or equitably enforcing our CC&R's and Rules. After only just over 6 months of JSquared taking over, there has been a significant amount of visible improvements within our community. It is nice to walk the community and see more homes being freshly painted, yards maintained, etc. It will take time to fully fix what our prior management company let fall apart, but it's getting better faster than I anticipated. The staff at JSquared is readily available, friendly and willing to help. They take the time to fully explain things and the information they provide is accurate. Very refreshing. If I am forced to ding them on anything, I'm not a fan of their Web Portal, but that pales in comparison to the benefits of having them as our management company and the work they have done so quickly!

      Julie, I am not sure why you suggest the "company is a scam". After reading your "review", I believe that it really should have been directed at the specific association that you choose to move into or the builder of that community and not the management company. We as the management company do not determine if there will be "common area" within the community. That is determined by the original builder of the community. Each person then has a choice when purchasing into the community if the common areas are sufficient or not. As a further correction to your review, no one was driving around with family. You happen to stop myself and another J. Squared employee performing inspections. I am sorry that you are frustrated for violations received at your home, however, the violation that you were specifically frustrated about is one that was issued a year ago by a different management company, not J. Squared. J. Squared only became management less than a year ago.
