Stopped by the facility as I needed to use certified mail for the first time and was unfamiliar with the process. I hate to admit that I don't remember the woman's name who helped me but she was fantastic. Made everything quick and painless, was in a bit of a hurry and appreciated the efficiency. Despite it being close to the end of the day I didn't feel rushed or put off in any way, would definitely stop by this location again.

How the post master is still at this location blows my mind. I was told that they do not deliver packages to my apartments. What is the point of using USPS? The front desk guy told me they dont even try to deliver, they just say come pick it up. Thats crazy. I pay extra money now on my packages and use a shipping service that can actually do what they are paid to do. I am still in shock by what I was told by the people that work there. I also find it pretty despicable I was told by usps staff that I should go yell at the apartment staff since its their fault they dont have a package storage. Why does the apartment need to accommodate you to do your job that clients pay you to do. Its insane. Logged a complaint with USPS directly listing all the lies told to me and the residents of the property I live at. Also been telling every resident to do the same. Shame on you guys.
