When they actually answer you, they can be nice however in my experience with them, just know when applying to rent the communication can be lacking or just sometimes rude. There was one time when I called to check on a rental application the gal was condescending and seemed like she had better things to do pretty glad I didnt get the house I applied for. Seemed like they didnt even want to fake it until we became tenants so Id hate to see how it would have been if we got accepted

They had four different families viewing one property that was already rented . They did everything through text and email . Told me to check out some of their other properties that they could use the background check from previous house . I reached out to them months later because they didnt have a house that would accommodate my family size. Then I was told its to late after 30days. Save yourself the headache ! I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone very unprofessional

I have not rented from this property, but I called the office today to inquire about a property, and the lady who answered the phone was very short tempered. She seemed very bothered at the fact that I was asking if a property was still available and if the property had applications on it. If this company treats prospective tenants like this, I can only guess how they treat their tenants.

We just signed our 5th year renewal with Real Property Management Evolve. From the first day we signed our lease agreement to today we have been very pleased. Online work orders are always addressed in a timely fashion. Great communication when they want to access the property for routine inspections to keep the property maintained. Rent increases over the years have been minimal. Wife and I were reading reviews prior to resigning our agreement and decided the negative reviews held zero merit based on our 5 year experience. This review was not solicited by a staff member as well.
