I went into store to pick up my online print order. I walked over to print center and there was one person ahead of me. Employee just kept talking to customer ahead of me and didnt even acknowledge me. After waiting for awhile, I just left. I didnt even bother going back because of the poor customer service.

I'm frustrated. I'm confused. I needed help with a custom print job. I needed help with an online document. Little to no information was given, more confused walking out with a business card and told to follow instructions via email. According to their website, the instructions were for the self serve printing machine. I don't know how to crop to get a particular size. I do not recommend Jason.

Paris did a great job helping me design a project at the printing station. Very friendly and efficient. Thanks Paris!

I came in with roughly 70 pages to print, I was told I had to print one at a time one their machine or else I could pay a premium to have them print it. What a joke. Go to fedex to get your papers print, they did it for close to the same price and took 5 minutes
Update, after fully printed at fedex, I had 220 pages. Can you imagine how long that would of took to print one page at a time?b

I needed one picture print it out.
Just one picture maybe 12 by 8 on a nice glossy paper.
There was absolutely nobody in line or waiting in the copy area as a matter of fact the entire store probably had 15 people in it that I could see.
The girl tells me that it will be by the end of the day before she can get my picture printed.
For the life of me I don't understand why Staples turns away actual physical customers that are right there at the counter so they can cater to online orders first.
People who ordered online are clearly not in hurry and have accepted the fact that they will get there order when they get it.
I was there in the store and needed something that would have probably Taken 5 minutes to do and during that five minutes I was going to shop for a picture frame and the necessary stuff to box and wrap it with.
That employees unwillingness to take the time and print out one lousy photo from the only customer standing within 50 ft of her shows there is a problem with the culture Within the Staples organization
Staples is clearly being mismanaged.
Needless to say, I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on
