        The ladies that helped me with my order were very professional and super helpful! I even left my copies in an Uber and they helped me reprint my order in time for my meeting. Grateful beyond words!

        TSA HME printing location. The employees were helpful and polite. Nina, in particular, provided great service, quick and kind. This experience has been much better than the "privately owned, angry man / woman behind the counter, doing you a favor by letting you in the door" tsa facilities have provided. Thank you, Staples, for showing the rest of the TSA fingerprinting shops how it SHOULD be done.

        I went into store to pick up my online print order. I walked over to print center and there was one person ahead of me. Employee just kept talking to customer ahead of me and didnt even acknowledge me. After waiting for awhile, I just left. I didnt even bother going back because of the poor customer service.

        I came in with roughly 70 pages to print, I was told I had to print one at a time one their machine or else I could pay a premium to have them print it. What a joke. Go to fedex to get your papers print, they did it for close to the same price and took 5 minutes Update, after fully printed at fedex, I had 220 pages. Can you imagine how long that would of took to print one page at a time?b
