Pickup and delivery in the same zip code, still not delivered after 10 days. Tracking info not updated in 9 days. Phone just rings busy, obviously someone just took it off the hook so they wouldn't have to talk to customers. Back after a while. Carrier dumps off packages on the front office, which is closed most of the time I'm home. Could just as easily have put them in the lock box by the mailboxes, but NoooOOOooo!! 10/19/20 Update - See picture This is what we are forced to put up with because the local manager cannot control his people. This goes well beyond poor performance. This seems personal. For over 11 years the service is inconsistent to the point of capricious. And this is the "service" Arizona citizens rely on to get their ballots in to be counted on time? We have package boxes. Use the **** things. That is what they are there for, not decoration. It just keeps getting better. See second picture.

The station is grossly mouthfeasant they do not answer their phone's, and could give a darn about customer service at all Most of the mail carriers that work at this station most of the mail carriers that work at the station and deliver to your address are rude, and Miss deliver your mail. I have had workers from this station Jim parcels in my 4x4 cluster box with a total disregard for the contents of the package and my ability to remove the parcel from my cluster box. If you complain about this postal station the postal inspector here in Phoenix does absolutely nothing to improve or change or discipline anyone at the station! I suggest you go to 85016 postal station on 20th Street and Camelback in Phoenix if you really want customer service! Update: nothing has improved, mail delivery people from this post office could care less about delivering mail, if you get a package they automatically send it back to the station for you to pick it up, even with drop off parcel boxes at your cluster mailbox. They're too lazy to carry the key for the cluster mailbox, for people that have oversized packages. Delivery people from the station are poorly trained, or just don't care about their job, no matter how much they get paid

This place is a joke. The staff are miserable and rude and there is no customer service.
