Evertime they have shown up they have been rude and condescending. We rented a home with several plumbing issues. Every time they left there was a mess in the area they worked . My drill went missing the last time they showed up. They also damaged the kitchen sink handle with a vice grip and bent it into an oblong shape. Dishonest . When they repaired the bathroom drain they left a huge hole in the drywall and told me it wasn't an issue. It was later repaired by a drywaller after another trade saw it and said that it shouldn't be that way. I mentioned it to the plumber he said it is what it is. They also never repaired the drain plugs that wont allow water to drain unless you remove the plug otherwise they puddle.Again they told me "it is what it is " They told us we had a irrigation leak where we water our garden. They sent irrigation techs to confirm. They found There was no leaks and the water meter was not moving. It was just wet soil. Again my drill turned up missing after their last visit. Do not trust dishonest people. He also says I said tools where in my shed. I never Mentioned tools in my shed as Mentioned below. I also dissected my home in search of my drill. Bottom line my drill was here before they left and gone after they left, I also never retracted my statement I said the tool had been missing sense they left. Which leads to one logical conclusion . Again I never mentioned my other power tools in the shed he brought that up on his own accord. Everything else Mentioned above is also true. What is true as well is after you left I was infact missing a drill that I have searched high and low for. Anyway I guess my drill just vanished into thin air after they arrived. SO IT IS NOT BASELESS. I haven't seen my drill since. I had been using it to brush rust of my grill. And it had been in my backyard on my shelving. You won't respond about the other comments because they are all true. And you are lying by saying I retracted my statement and said it had been missing awhile. Mar 18th, 2024

I take this matter very seriously. Integrity is one of our core values and if an employee stole from a customer, they would be terminated. The tenant is making a baseless accusation. He says that we stole his drill when, in fact, we never took anything from the house. We performed our work in the kitchen and he said his drill was in his garage shed. We had a plumber and apprentice onsite at the house when we performed the work and neither of them went into the garage shed at any time during the work. He said that his drill is Milwaukee brand and initially said maybe we picked it up accidentally thinking it was ours, but we only have Ridgid cordless tools in our service vans. The tenant called one month after we did the work. We interviewed both of the employees that were onsite and neither of them saw his drill or even entered the shed during our work. The tenant said he had video proof. We asked him to send it over so that we could verify and then discipline the employee. The tenant then retracted his statement and just said the tool had been missing for a while. As to his other comments, I will not bother responding, as he is publicly accusing us of theft when we did no such thing.SteveAccent Plumbing

Celeste,I am not sure what was done for this review to be posted. We performed some work two months ago at the house you are renting, but there was never any feedback from you or anyone else that there were any problems. I am not sure what we did that was rude. Please contact us at 602-955-5050 if you would like to discuss further. Thanks,SteveAccent Plumbing
