We had an emergency plumbing situation in our guest bathroom and called Rooter Rangers, they responded immediately and began work the same day! We ended up having to have our plumbing in our whole house redone. Such a stressful situation but its been a pretty smooth process. Everyone we have spoken to has listened to our concerns and values our space. They are very professional and explain the process the whole time. So far my wife and I have been super happy with this company.
I want to make sure I give a special shout out to our main tech Porter. He is very respectful, keeps a tidy workspace and NEVER STOPS WORKING! From the time he shows up till the time he leave this man is a beast!

They were able to schedule me for the save day as I called. The plumber arrived towards the beginning of the scheduled window and had my drain cleared right away. The whole process from call to complete took about 4 hours. Plus, the price was much less than I expected.

Our experience with rooter ranger was great, working in customer service, I appreciate the time and effort these men took to make sure we felt taken care of. We had a flood in our bathroom that turned into a home renovation project, we had to replace our main water pipe since it was original cast iron from the 40s that was cracked and breaking down. Barney was our initial plumber with rooter ranger, he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. After he identified the issue he was quick to respond so we could get the renovation completed as quickly as possible. Our project supervisor, Gabe met us later that day and explained everything very well so we were clear. He was very responsive throughout the project and always made time to take our calls and answer and questions we had.

3 plumbers came out to my home for a simple clog in my kitchen sink, count them 3 plumbers. They quoted me a price of $1400.00. Suffice it to say, I didn't take their quote. I was billed $199.00 for their "trouble". I contacted my home warranty company and ended up paying $85.00 and 30 minutes of my time to get my sink unclogged. This company Sucks!
