If youre looking for an explant surgeon.. look no further.! I found Dr Ali through my primary doctor and I couldnt be more grateful. I had a fall that ruptured and damaged one of my Implants and so I decided to have them removed. He and his office staff are both kind and professional. Everything from the morning of my surgery to how Ive healed after 3 months could really not have gone any better. Beyond happy I chose his office.

A year ago I had a procedure done at the Mosharrafas clinic. One week after surgery the incisions burst open in the middle of the night and I lost over half the blood in my body within 30 minutes. I nearly lost my life. The Mosharrafas did not come to see me in the hospital until 13 hours after it happened, and only after I was moved to another hospital where they had privileges. They were dismissive and seemingly mystified as to why it occurred and were more concerned with downplaying what happened and avoiding all responsibility than they were with showing actual care and concern and reassurance. I was terrified and completely traumatized both by what happened as well as by their obvious disinterest. The scarring is horrific, nothing like what was described to me before surgery. The results are uneven and disappointing, and now I have thousands of dollars of medical bills that will take years to pay. I also have horrible scarring and nerve damage that will require further surgery to fix. A year later I still have nightmares about what happened to me, I would never recommend this clinic

Dr. Ali Mosharrafa and all the staff were amazing to work with. A great group of caring and compassionate professionals. Dr. Mosharrafa took great care with ensuring all steps of the processes were explained openly and honestly. I would highly recommend his practice.
