        I wanted to schedule my surgery followup and found 2 individuals extremely helpful, Amy & Kim. Instead of having me leave a message, Amy stayed on the line until she could reach someone and that person was Kim. She was very professional and assisted me in scheduling an appointment. Iwas calling from my vehicle and our call got disconnected. She made the effort to call me, provided an appointment date and sent me the office directions. Their efforts were commendable.

Care is so often missing from health care these days but not in the office of Dr.Liu. I felt the warmth of welcome and customer service that I would be happy to recommend to any family member. Thank you to Devon for having a heart of gold and an attitude that brightened my day. I appreciate how quickly I was able to get in within 24 hours. Incredible.
