Papa Johns Pizza

If I could give this place a 0 I would . This place was beyond disgusting and this staff needs to retake there food handles card because they were not taking proper measures. A delivery man walked in side and went straight to making pizza didnt even wash his hands what so ever , then one of the employees dropped something on the floor she picked it up and continued to make pizza with it. Idk if management needs a change or something because this place is sinking. Eat at your own risk

I ordered my delivery from the E. Bell location in Phoenix and the pizza was cold and the crust at the end was very large and did not have toppings on it. I called they said they had door dash deliver so it could arrive sooner. Maybe they should put it in an insulated bag. If they did I don't know what else to tell them. Okay, that was the aesthetics part. I tried it and had to come back and edit. It was absolutely the worst pizza I've had. I've had great Papa John's in the past but I threw this away and would not even let my dog sample it.

I just called Papa Johns four times and got put on hold by the manager 4 times. she never let me speak and she hung up on me twice. I will never do business with Papa Johns ever again because this is the worst service ever received. She was very rude and disrespectful. She also said she had the right to refuse me service because I asked her why does she continue putting me on hold and hanging up on me.

Only giving this 4 starts because of the AMAZING woman who was on the phone the night of my order. I ordered a large pizza for delivery. My order was cold and an hour late but the woman who picked up the phone when I called to inform them of what happened was so sweet. She gave me an immediate and GENUINE apology and resolved my issue within minutes. Although the pizza arrived cold, it still tasted good after a quick trip in the oven.
