I've been to this location several times, as it's the closest one to my apt, and the pizza is ALWAYS hot & delicious which is why I gave 3 stars.. However, the young men working behind the counter have absolutely no personality and come across about as bland and monotone as it gets. I never see them smile and they make no effort whatsoever to be friendly or engaging. Seems they've either had no customer service training, or they have but management is doing a poor job reinforcing positive customer interactions. Regardless, it makes ordering a pizza here extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Please do better.
Also, the Pizza Hut by my work allows you to pick 2 sauces and mix them for your wings. THIS location refuses to. Such a bummer.
