Out of all my therapy appointments, the one at this clinic are the absolute best. There is a feeling of care and no one is a stranger. They set the tone for healing! They embed in your mind that you can do it! I know healing is taking place when I go!

Chad Lahr is a great Physical Therapist located at Camelback and 16th St. He has made my total knee replacement easier to deal with. He has helped me heal quickly by pushing me, encouraging me, giving me home exercises and techniques to get through an otherwise painful surgery. I encourage you to seek him out for all types of PT. I feel very lucky that he is my therapist. Thanks Chad.

Erica and Chad saved my quality of life. Period. No fluff. Getting old ain't for sissies, they say. Some months back I noticed several things started happening more and more. I was unable to just stand up from the floor, I needed to pull myself up on something. Periodically, my balance seemed out of kilter. Most crucially, when hiking, I felt unsure, kept tripping over rocks, and was very insecure hiking down steep trails. I was referred for PT. Erica and Chad worked intensively with me to regain those skills. At the same time, I worked hard at losing weight gradually. After working with them for about three months, I found I was able to hikie confidently--even on steep and uneven trails, I can get up from the floor without pulling myself up on something about 90 percent of the time. And I no longer feel like I'm troubled by balance -- I can put my pants on standing in the open room without leaning against a wall or dresser or lsing my balance. I believe that their dedication to my success restored my confidence in myself and put me on a path to not worry about falls or moderate and difficult hikes.
