Great studio, super friendly instructors, helpful when needed with any request and prompt responses via emails. I love the work out routines and the ambiance. Been a customer for 2 years now and loving it!

I gave this place a shot after the pandemic. I was SO excited to get back into working out but the instructors weren’t friendly and it was personally to hot for me. I would not recommend this place at all. I tried to cancel in September/ October but instead of canceling my membership they refused to cancel and tried signing me up for their online program, when my original email stated I’d like to cancel. When I unfortunately realized I was still being charged ( yes it’s my fault I didn’t notice it soon) they refused to give me a refund and threatened to charge me with a $100 fee to cancel ( I didn’t sign a year membership just a month to month membership) this place is SHADDY don’t go here!

We sent a cancellation email in October 2020. They emailed backed acknowledging the cancellation and offered to make our membership a virtual one which were declined. They said since they never received our email back also declining the virtual offering, they actually never canceled our membership and continued to charge us over $1,000 since then. After we found out we were still being charged we contacted them asking why they were charging us and claimed that since we never responded to their virtual offer, they didn’t cancel our account like we originally requested, but, had the audacity to waive the “early” cancellation notice of $100, 8 months after us asking to cancel when they finally canceled our plan today. Please stay away from this place, they obviously care less about customers than they do scamming people.
