Working with the online aspect of this name. I found the company doesn't stand behind their products. I received knee braces that were falsly advertised. The company would not return. They also did not return my call. I had to call back. Well, i ended up throwing away about $35 between 2 knee braces. Be careful with this company and what you purchase. I will not be back. Sorry for the bad review but the truth should be shared. Maybe change your policies or put proper descriptions on the website...

I have gone online with CenterWell Pharmacy and have been told that they did not have my medication in stock. I wanted to double check, so I called them personally, and was told by two agents "no" they did not have it in stock; however, after I was transferred numerous times, I was told it was in stock! I don't know what to believe from these people. I don't trust them. Also, their transportation service (which is included) with Medicare Advantage is "useless", because they never show up. I would advise everyone using Humana to switch to a different plan as soon as possible. Research all plans in your area carefully, and look at drug prices. Good luck!

Centerwell mail order pharmacy is horrible. Since January of 2023 they do not have any records of my medication and Rx. If I call them they want all the information again- Dr, drug name, fax numbers etc. it is frustrating as their systems are broken. What a shame that Humana is using them and ruining their name. My profile on their system has no records of my doctors, already filled prescriptions. I cant even order OTC online. I will have to change Humana as my Advantage insurer starting next year
