The worst CVS pharmacy location. Please send your doctors prescriptions else where. Waited in line (vehicle) behind 1 other for 30 minutes until I gave up and went inside only to be told by a pharmacy, 1st in line inside, that I have to wait. Ridiculous already agitated from waited 40 minutes for a 5 minute transaction.

First off I've been shopping and spending a lot of money at CVS for about 40 years now.
Today, I misunderstood the free flu shot. It was only free if you had insurance, and the pharmacist guy with the big eyebrows became surly with me when I went back in to show him where the city of phoenix was offering free flu shots (in case another customer needed to know) he cut me off & became surly with me again! And then said he wasn't being rude. No wonder they have a 2.5 star rating, I'm not gonna go in here again. CVS needs to put their employees through some more customer service training. That flippant man just lost my business. (if I could give zero stars I would.)

This has to be the worst CVS in America. The pharmacist was the most rude person I've ever met. He literally didn't respond to questions I asked! The floors are disgusting and the management totally apathetic. Do not go here!
