Great care of my dog, Ryder! He loves going to day care and the enrichment are always surprisingly entertaining! He has become so comfortable that he now naps at times at daycare as well!

WOW! You guys are GREAT! I needed a dog sitter in Phoenix while I was there visiting my daughter from Salt Lake City. I called Camp BowWow and scheduled their eval for Monday with the plan to use them the following Wednesday and Thursday. They were SO HELPFUL and SO KIND. They were all really nice girls and everyone jumped in when I arrived, explaining the process to me, showing me on the monitors how I can see what they're doing and how my dogs were behaving. They offered a deal that would save me about $20 for dog care. It was awesome.

This place is truly the best. My pup (Flash) is a very nervous dog. Sometimes, that gets translated into him being aggressive. The counselors all saw through his growl and have been very patient with him. He had a great couple of day trips and we ended up boarding him for 4 nights without any issues. The services offered are a good value for the price. The staff really goes above and beyond!! The photo was taken by staff during one of his enrichment sessions.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of attending what was supposed to be a fun and enriching experience for my dog and I, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with utter disdain by the staff. It seemed like they couldn't care less about the attendees or their furry companions. Firstly, the accommodations were appalling. The cabins were filthy and reeked of dog urine, with broken furniture and tattered bedding. It was evident that they hadn't been cleaned in ages. When I brought up my concerns to the staff, they brushed me off, claiming that this was "part of the rustic experience." Excuse me, but there's a vast difference between rustic charm and outright neglect. Moreover, the activities promised were either nonexistent or poorly organized. Instead of engaging workshops and fun games for the dogs, we were subjected to chaotic, unstructured playtimes where fights broke out among the animals due to inadequate supervision. My poor pup ended up with a nasty scratch because of this negligence. To top it all off, the food provided was abysmal. I wouldn't even feed it to my worst enemy. It was clear that corners were cut at every turn, and the staff's attitude towards complaints was dismissive and apathetic. Overall, my experience at this dog camp was nothing short of a disaster. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Save your money and sanity and look elsewhere for a reputable and caring dog camp.
