I have been using Dog Town for years. The employees are always friendly and courteous. They always are prompt with the services I need when I need them. And the owner is the best! He went above and beyond when I had an emergency and he texted me after hours to help me schedule services when I was in the hospital to make sure my service animals were taken care of. Not sure why this place gets so much hate - they did a wonderful job with my mini aussie! she was excited going in and so happy coming home. Her fur was trimmed just to our liking and she smells so clean. Thank you to the staff at Dog Town, well definitely be back!

Take the time to be explicit of how you want your pet groomed. The staff will groom your pet exclusively to your instructions. Very happy with the service and rates at Dogtown.

I was so unsatisfied with this place! I took my German Sheppard to get "De-shedded". I know the hair is not going to go away 100%, but I wanted to at least get a big chunk off of my dog. Well anyways I picked up my dog he looked nice smelled nice. But once I touched him I saw balls of hair fall down. I didn't get upset or anything I went back inside and asked if they can blow dry him more to remove the excessive hair off of him. And a lady came to the front and started telling me his hair was all over thier room and my dog broke a divider between another dog. Which is not my dog's fault by the way he is a big GERMAN SHEPPARD all dogs should be supervised. The lady told me she had texted her boss about the broken divider which she made it seem like I needed to pay for it . OBVIOUSLY she didn't really want to deal with my dog anymore and couldn't do me a favor and just blow dry him a little bit more . Instead she was just making me feel uncomfortable about my dog. And I also tipped this place for at least dealing with my dog and to be honest I shouldn't have after being treated that way. When I came in friendly without an attitude.
