I called them and spoke with Jenny P. She was sympathetic to my situation and expressed understanding, also asking clarifying questions. She was specific and clear explaining steps in the signup process, letting me know that the agreement would be coming via email and text and that nothing is charged up front. She shared Mark Lambers experience and her own, and detailed key differences between them and discount firms. It was a pleasant experience and I appreciated her patience.

Jenny was very friendly, confident, and knowledgeable regarding me and my case. She expressed empathy and informed me of the necessary steps to take and offered to assist with any questions I may have before feeling comfortable with hiring Goodnow. She was kind , caring, and informed me that we can meet with lawyer over zoom so that I don't need to worry about how I will make it to the office ( my car was totalled in the accident) but felt it is more personal way to meet than just a phone call which I really appreciate.
