The Front Desk associate was very friendly and genuinely wanted to help. We were transferred to case manager Stephanie Anderson, who was extremely short, rude, and very cold for someone who is put in place to determine how the firm can best help you. I can't speak on the firm's other services; however, I recommend avoiding Stephanie at all costs. Her attitude of indifference and annoyance is enough to sour any experience.

Was contacted by this attorney only to be told they don't have the capacity to help me. I was abused and neglected at a Skilled Nursing Facility. Their message stated they already have a few clients from the facility I was abused and neglected. They called me several times. When I got back to them they couldn't take me. This is very unethical to me if they already have clients and know there is abuse and neglect because they are getting ready for court??? Don't ever go to Peoria Post Acute Rehabilitation Center either. After working in a Pediatric Intensive Care and Respiratory Care Practitioner and I studing nursing for over 37 years and can't believe I am being treated this way. Our family was referred to Miller Kory Rowe after the sudden loss of our mom at an assisted living facility. Gabe Kory and his team were true professionals in every sense of the word. The MKR team treated our family and our mothers memory with respect and dignity. Gabes passion for his work and protecting the elderly was apparent after our first conversation. Gabes knowledge of the law was evident in the manner which he pursued our case, ultimately resulting in a settlement we were extremely satisfied with.
